Arthur

Description of the space

Arthur VR is a software for the VR mainly used to have meetings together. The space is created with monotom grey walls. The wodden floor gives the space a contrast. The high ceiling makes it comfortable to be inside the space. The space opens towards the outside and the view outside looking at the skyline with skyscrapers makes it more likable to stay in the space. The different height of the ceilings give the space a bit of dynamic. The lighting is feels like daylight lighting, yet it has suspended lamps and wall lights inside the space. The space is made with curves and lines.

Overall, the space is very neutral designed with grey tones, yet the open space towards the outside seeing the sky makes it more interesting.

Athmosphere

When I first entered the room, I felt neutral, maybe a little bit bored by seeing all the grey walls. Yet the high ceiling felt more comfortable being in this emersed space. The first question coming to my mind is why there is suspended lamps and wall lamps, since its mostly daylight in the space. The wooden flooring made me give a more comfortable feeling. The open space expanding towards the outside made it more likable for me to stay in the space.

The space felt a bit too bland due to the grey walls and ceiling. Yet I felt also that the space was a bit dynamic due to the linear and curved structure. Overall I felt bored of the space due to the lack of colours.
